  There is something off about the coffee here. Otherwise, kids are happy with their meals. Slooooooooooooow to be ready. Staff is super nice. Restrooms are clean, tissue dispenser completely broken.

  This crew of young workers aren't heading in the right direction at all. The handful of times I've been there, our orders are always made with mistakes. They are constantly chatting & telling joke while customers are waiting. This is usually in the evening shift when I assume the part-timers aren't taking their jobs serious enough.
  Other McDonald's in Orleans can help this restaurant run like a proper McDonald's.

  Except for attitude given by management when you are not in the right lane at the counter (no indication given or staff at register) sorry for not having a crystal ball that lets me know which register I should be in front of, the service is really good :)

  I'm not from around here but I've visited my Aunt Stephanie a lot of times in 2016 & going on to 2017 in my Opinion I have never had a terrible experience with this location yet. My food order is always correct & always has been Fresh/Hot. I just love all of the staff that I've spoken to so far. Way to Go McDonald's On Laurier St. Rockland,Ontario.
