  The customer service was terrible. The girl on the phone might have had a hearing problem. Twice I said steak strips only to receive bacon... lucky I had no muslim friends with me. Also they have no combos or specials which is a first, especially for a franchise like Milano's that of course has that online. Pizza was decent so they get two stars. But I wouldn't order there again.

  The level of customer service and food quality has greatly decreased over the years. Several times now we have called for delivery and were told a timeframe for our delivery to arrive, 45 mins to an hour, and each time it has taken an hour and a half to two hours. By the time the food arrives it is cold. One time the person even forgot half the order. Very rude over the phone when you call to ask where your order is after waiting the time they told you. Will have to find another pizza place to order from or pick up in Ottawa on my way home from work as the food and service is no longer worth the wait time or money.
